I have never been an athlete - but I have always been an aesthete! The life of a designer involves moving from space to space championing aesthetics and function - that is the short story behind the name Aesthete Vagabond Company for my design practice. My life has been lived between three continents, and this cultivated a deep belief that variety is the spice of life. I appreciate how each space is inhabited by unique people and take great joy in designing to reflect them.
I am a proud graduate of the school of Interior Architecture and Design at The Florida State University (B.A. Interior Design) and subsequently earned an M.A. Interior Design from Savannah College of Art and Design. I am a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers and hold NCIDQ certificate #30502.
Designing between Florida and California for over 10 years, I have worked on a variety of projects ranging from small home renovations to football stadium sized museums. My work spans the country and my goal is to always bring the story of the space to the forefront. To borrow from Eames, I take this approach “make the best, for the most, for the least ” - but make it memorable and special, splurge where it matters.
My work as a project manager, drafter, furniture and finish specifier has given me the expertise of working closely with clients to develop project from program to completion. I am dedicated to serving clients with warmth, transparency and professionalism.
I currently reside in Northern California and take select projects outside of the area. I have a straightforward approach, eye for simple sophistication and the desire to create meaningful spaces for my clients to make memories.
